No. Our creations are inspired perfumes, not counterfeits. Each formula is developed to capture the spirit, olfactory family, and signature of the great icons of perfumery. The name, bottle, and formula are exclusive to Emblème.

Our extracts contain 20 to 35% perfume concentrate. This is one of the highest concentrations in perfumery.

For comparison:

• Eau de toilette: 5 to 15%
• Eau de parfum: 15 to 20%
• Extract: 20% and up

Everything lies in the concentration of perfume essences, which changes the way a fragrance is worn.

The extrait is the purest and most intense form. It sits close to the skin, evolves slowly, and fully reveals its warmer, deeper base notes. Its longevity is exceptional. It is chosen for an assertive signature, for evening, or for special occasions.

The eau de parfum is lighter and more ethereal. It diffuses more in the first few minutes, then gradually fades throughout the day. It is appreciated for everyday use, at the office, or in warm weather.

We offer both formats. You can therefore choose according to your style, the season, or the moment.

Yes, and they are complimentary. We slip samples into your orders, while supplies last. It’s a great opportunity to discover other creations from our collection and test them on your skin, at your own pace, before committing to a full-size bottle.

Thanks to their high concentration, our extracts last on average 8 to 12 hours on the skin, and often more than a day on clothing or hair.

Longevity varies, however, according to several factors:

• Your skin type: dry skin retains fragrance less well than hydrated skin.
• The olfactory family: woody, amber, oriental, and musky notes last longer than fresh, citrus, or aquatic notes.
• The season: heat intensifies diffusion but accelerates evaporation.

For optimal longevity, apply your fragrance to clean, hydrated skin on pulse points: wrists, neck, inside of the elbows, and behind the ears. Avoid rubbing your wrists together, as this breaks the molecules and alters the evolution of the notes.

Perfume is sensitive to three enemies: light, heat, and air. To preserve its quality:

• Store your bottle away from light, ideally in its original box or in a drawer.
• Keep it at a stable temperature, between 15 and 20°C, away from radiators and sunny windows.
• Avoid the bathroom, where humidity and temperature fluctuations accelerate its deterioration.
• Close the bottle tightly after each use to limit contact with air.

Stored this way, your perfume will retain all its freshness and intensity for several years. If you notice a change in color or scent, it is a sign that it has been exposed to light or heat.

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 48 to 72 business hours from Belgium.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped the following business day. During peak periods (holiday season, sales), shipping times may be slightly extended.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To be accepted, the item must be returned new, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, a perfume that has been unsealed or used cannot be returned.

To make a return, contact us at contact@emblemeparfums.com indicating your order number: we will provide you with the procedure to follow. Return shipping costs are at your expense. The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt and verification of the package, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Did your package arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours with a photo: we will send you a replacement or issue a refund, free of charge.

As soon as your package leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link. You can then track your delivery in real time, right to your door or pickup point.
